      Thanks for your comment. Actually this is in the American state of New Mexico… rather than in the country of Mexico. Ruidoso New Mexico is a resort community in the Sacramento Mountains over 7000 feet (nearly 2200 metres) above sea level. There is plenty of rain in the summer and snow in the winter.
