   I imagine the shoe somehow got ruined but the owner was attached to it and wanted to celebrate its decorativeness. I’ve certainly seen art that interested me quite a lot less. Then again, it could just be a reminder not to go out somewhere too risky in his favourite shoes!

      Interesting thoughts! I’m sure in the back alleys of most places are many things that defy a reasonable explanation. Which is probably why they make good photo ops. Thanks for commenting…
