      Thank you… This is one of the buildings still used as a private residence that was once part of Fort Lowell… a military fort of the mid 1800s here in Tucson. There are a number of private residences that are part of the old Fort Lowell neighborhood… and they all have unique and fascinating front entrances. Glad you enjoyed the photo…

        I was always taught that a photograph shouldn’t need an explanation… that it should tell it’s story by itself. But sometimes knowing more about the image makes it more interesting. Glad you liked it…
