You are absolutely correct of course. I took the title idea from a statement by the late Fred Rogers… “The truth is often painful. But the freedom it can bring is worth the trying.” I applied it to the photograph under a very different context… that of recognizing a piece of farm machinery could no longer be used and needed to be replaced… at a very painful cost.
